Welcome!

Navigating the Change: A Guide for the Menopausal Journey is an inclusive space for all women. Here, it is safe to feel a range of emotions, from grief to joy or joy to grief. From sadness to anger or stress to relief. In this space, some people know a lot about how our bodies change during the menopausal phase, while others are just beginning to learn—it is a journey, and we are navigating it together.

Some women will affirm your feelings, and because life is not over, others will encourage your dreams. Stories, poetry, and photography are here to support the perimenopausal, premenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal. Product reviews are focused on women-centric brands that help ease, comfort, or alleviate menopausal symptoms. Diet and health, as well as conversations with doctors, offer advice specific to women aged 35 and older.

Finally, Navigating the Change recognizes that women identify differently, and that structural inequality exists. Subsequently, some narratives center Black and Indigenous women and women of color; other materials are specific to womxn and the LGBTQ+ community. No matter who you are, Navigating the Change is here as a resource.
